Apogee School for the Gifted / St. Thomas Aquinas School
ELEMENTARY State Qualifier 1
Elementary Competitions will start at 7:00 and end by 11:30.
Middle School Competitions will start at 12:00 and end at 4:30
We are making an extra effort to make this event as sensory friendly as possible.
- The match start/stop sound is quieter.
- Intentionally smaller venue compared to larger events.
- Shorter tournament day to make it easier for our sensory kids to hold themselves together.
- Event host understands sensory needs.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
All attempts will be made to reschedule the tournament in case of cancellation
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event: full refund will be issued.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: no refund will be given.
If a robot does not pass inspection and the team is unable to compete, NO refund will be given. The inspection requirements are clearly documented. Teams should know their robot will pass inspection before arriving.
Payment Deadline is November 20th, 2026. Not paying by this date may mean that your team may be placed on the waitlist to make room for another team.
