Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
If there is an Emergency that on of the League events, information will be relayed to attending teams informing them of any changes that will affect that part of the event. If there is a cancelation or rescheduling of event date or time change, information will be relayed to team coaches as soon as possible...
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
The Event Partner will follow the VEX guidelines on refunds and cancelation.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
No Refunds...
Judging Format
At the last Event of the HUSD League, January 30th, 2027 at Sossaman Middle School, we will conduct the below:
Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In-Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
Please have digital Notebooks Submitted no later than January 13th, 2027
