We are looking for volunteers for our tournament. These volunteers help make sure the tournaments run smoothly.

8:00 Doors Open
Volunteers may arrive at 7:45am if they signed up for the morning shift
8:00- 8:45 Team Check-In & Inspection:
Coaches need to be with their teams to check in.
Go straight to Robot Inspection immediately after your team checks-in
8:45 - 9:00 am Meeting about the day
9:00 -11:30 Judging and Skills
11:30 Opening Remarks and Drivers Meeting - if there is time we will start matches
12:00 -12:30 Lunch:
Qualification matches will be paused at 12:00 for teams and volunteers to have lunch.
12:30-3:00 pm Qualification Matches Continued
3:00 - 3:30 pm Finals Matches
3:30 pm Awards

In case of INCLEMENT WEATHER (as determined by SVVSD) the tournament will be canceled and no refunds will be available.
Refund and Payment Policies
Payment Deadline:

Payments for this tournament are due the Tuesday prior to the event @ 4:00 PM MST
If the Event Partner cancels the event:

Refunds will be available up to two weeks prior to the event,

Withdrawing from the tournament? Refunds will be available up to two weeks prior to the event.
Judging Format

Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event.

Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents.

Submission Deadline for Notebooks will be the Wednesday before the tournament and the exact date will be communicated with registered teams via email.
