General Info
We’re excited to welcome teams to the Cass County Invitational League! Each session will feature two teamwork fields and two skills fields.
This league is open to teams from Caston, Pioneer, Logansport, and Lewis Cass in Cass County, Indiana. Eligible teams should join the waitlist to be added to the event’s team list.
Awards will include Teamwork Champions, Skills Champion, and the Sportsmanship Award. Participating team members and coaches will vote for the Sportsmanship Award.
League Dates and Locations
All four sessions will be hosted at Caston.
The first three sessions will begin at 5:00 p.m. in the cafeteria, with teamwork fields, skills fields, and team pits all located there. Chairs will be available for spectators; there are no bleachers in the cafeteria.

The League Finals will take place on Friday, February 19, 2027, beginning at 6:00 p.m. in the high school gym. Team pits will also be located in the gym.
A concession stand will be available at every session. Additional details, including arrival times and entrance information, will be emailed to coaches closer to each league date.
Payment and Required Forms
All payments must be received by November 19, 2026. If your team is experiencing financial difficulties, please contact me before the deadline to discuss arrangements.
Please ensure all required Participation and Consent Forms are submitted before your team attends.

A detailed schedule will be emailed to coaches before the first session. Schedules for subsequent sessions may be adjusted based on the timing and needs of the league.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
We’re hoping for clear skies, but Indiana weather doesn’t always cooperate! We will make every effort to hold each league session as scheduled while keeping the safety of teams, families, and volunteers our priority.
If weather makes travel unsafe, the affected session will be rescheduled for the next available date. Coaches will receive updates and rescheduling information by email.
Refund and Payment Policies
Payment Deadline is November 19, 2026.
UNPAID TEAMS WILL BE MOVED TO THE WAITLIST ON THIS DATE AND TEAMS ON THE WAITLIST WILL BE MOVED INTO THE COMPETITION. IF THIS IS AN ISSUE FOR YOUR TEAM CONTACT US BEFORE THIS DATE TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS.
Registration fees will not be refunded if teams do not cancel by 11/19/2026.
All teams need to be present and checked in prior to the start of the competition (no later than 5:00pm). Refunds will not be issued to teams who arrive after competition rounds have begun.
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
In the event that this tournament cannot take place and is forced to be canceled teams will receive a full refund.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
If prior to 11/19/2026 full refund will be givien. If after 11/19/2026 no refunds will be given.
