General Info
North Clarion presents our annual IQ tournament for the VIQRC 'Level Up" season for Western Pennsylvania.
This event is intended for Western PA Region Teams to qualify for the State Competition. If your team is outside our region, we welcome you to our region and hope you enjoy the competition.

Our hope is to be finished by 3:00-3:30; however, unforeseen technical issues and other factors may cause the tournament to run until 5:00.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
We will make a call the night prior to January 17th if a weather emergency is warranted for cancellation. This event will not be rescheduled
Refund and Payment Policies
Refunds will only be issued in the event of a weather cancellation or extenuating circumstance as determined by the Event Partner.

Judging Format
Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event.
Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact. Engineer notebooks need to be submitted by Saturday, January 9, 2027.
