General Info
MCCTC is happy to host the fourth annual Mahoning Valley VEX IQ Tournament for this year's game, Level UP
This will be a blended event for middle and elementary schools this season. We hope to separate the events in the next couple of years. We will have 2 competition fields, one practice field, and one dedicated skills field.
Food will be provided for all participants and coaches.
A concession will be available for all to enjoy.

Volunteer
We are always looking for volunteers to help fill in gaps. Volunteer positions are available for all levels of experience. If interested in volunteering, please reach out to Rachel Naylor or Walter Baber.
Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
Teams will be contacted via email and text message/phone call if the event needs to be adjusted or canceled due to inclement weather in the area. We understand that local weather can differ greatly from the weather being experienced by some teams traveling to the event. All weather-related decisions will be based on local weather conditions.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
All event fees will be returned to the teams who have paid in full.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
We have put a great deal of planning and expense into the event, including but not limited to food. Therefore, we cannot reimburse teams that cancel or do not attend the event.
Judging Format
All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
