Refund and Payment Policies

Teams from Charles, Calvert and St. Mary's counties in Maryland should choose the "Pay Later" option when registering and email Ann Stine at [email protected] .

If the Event Partner cancels the event:

Refunds can be requested for an event cancelation. Please contact Ann Stine at [email protected] for information.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

Refunds are not available for teams that withdraw from the event.

Judging Format

All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
