Welcome to the New Diana Middle School VEX IQ, Level Up!
We will follow the schedule posted. If teams are late, we will continue the competition without them.
We will have light concessions (prepackaged snacks and drinks) available. A list of restaurants will be sent out to coaches. Please plan lunch accordingly so that we may stay as close as possible to the scheduled times.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In the event of bad weather, events will either be canceled or rescheduled. Coaches will be emailed in advance.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event: If the tournament must be canceled, the tournament fee will be returned to the school.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event and then chooses to withdraw or not attend: The Event Partner must be notified at least 3 weeks before the event, so that other teams may have the opportunity to attend. If the Event Partner is notified 3 weeks before the event, the registration fee will be returned once a check from VEX is received with that team’s registration fee on it. The fees cannot be returned until they are received from VEX. If the Event Partner is not notified before the three-week deadline, all fees will be expected to be paid, and no registration fees will be refunded.
This is a school-based competition. If you register for our competition and a refund is issued, it can only be issued to a school district. Refunds to individuals will not be made. Please ensure that we have the correct school address and department to address it to in case a refund is required.
Judging Format
- All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
