General Info
Team 99553 is proud to host our tournament for VEX IQ Robotics Competition Level Up held at Aurelia M. Cole Academy in Clermont, Florida.
The tournament is a Elementary School tournament only. Specific award winners will qualify for the North/Central Florida Regional Championship. This event will include a teamwork championship, skills challenge and judging. We are also hosting Middle Schools this day, so we may have to combine the events if registration is low.
Skills will end promptly at the conclusion of Qualification Matches.

There will be one ref at each field. Teams will be expected to be at the staging table during the match prior to theirs.
All teams are asked to insure that their tables are free of trash at the end of the day.
Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
There will be no refunds due to bad weather. Every attempt will be made to reschedule if a cancellation is required.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
Your registration fee will be refunded.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
Your registration to this event commits the event partners to set costs. Therefore, no refunds can be given.
If payment is not received prior to the deadline, your team will be moved to the waiting list.
Judging Format
Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation no later than Wednesday, January 13 at 5:00pm.
