General Info

As the event is being held at a business office, there will be no concession sales.
Any non-US citizens must complete a Non-citizen Form 2 week before the competition. This includes, students, coaches and spectators. This requirement is in place as we house a division of NASA in our building. This form can be obtained by contacting [email protected].
Registered participants will be provided with pizza and a drink. If you require additional food, please bring it with you.
We will offer an additional STEM challenge that will be explained the day of the event.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

If the event needs to be canceled due to extreme weather, you will be notified via the phone number provided during registration.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: a full refund or credit will be offered.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: no refund will be offered.

Judging Format

All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
