Welcome to the Longhorn Stampede!
Chisholm Robotics is excited to host our first VEX IQ Robotics Competition at Chisholm Middle School in Enid, Oklahoma! We look forward to a fun and competitive day where students can showcase their hard work and connect with other teams.
Teams will compete in Teamwork Challenge matches and have opportunities to complete Skills Challenge runs.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In the event of inclement weather or an emergency that requires the Longhorn Stampede to be delayed, rescheduled, or canceled, registered teams will be notified as soon as possible through the contact information provided during registration.
Any schedule changes or cancellations will also be posted on the RobotEvents event page when possible.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
Teams will receive a full refund of the event registration fee.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
Teams that withdraw before the registration deadline may request a refund. After the registration deadline no refunds. Teams should notify the Event Partner as soon as they know they will be unable to attend.
Judging Format
- Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact. Submission deadline will be Monday January 26th.
Team Interviews: In-person team interviews will be conducted from 9:00–11:00 AM at designated judging tables. Teams may report to the judging area during this window and will be assigned to the next available judging team. All teams will have the opportunity to complete an interview and are responsible for reporting during the designated interview window.
Teams may be asked to participate in follow-up interviews later in the day as part of the judging process.
