2026-27 VEX IQ tournament CA. Students and attendees are sure to have a fun-filled day of robotics competition, and we look forward to seeing all of the teams shine! Make sure you don't forget batteries, chargers, and license plates!

Agenda

- **8:30 AM**: Doors open; Check-In and Inspection start

- **9:30 AM**: Inspection ends; Openning ceremony

- **10:00 AM**: Drivers Meeting then Qualification matches and Robot Skills start

- **12:00 PM**: Lunch break and STEM Seminar

- **13:00 PM**: Lunch break ends and Matches resume

- **3:00 PM**: Qualification Matches and skills end

- **4:00 PM**: Final Matches start

- **4:30 PM**: Award and closing ceremony

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: We will move your teams to another event that we are hosting or provide a refund.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: No refund are available.

Judging Format

Please review the following Judging Format options and keep the ones that apply to your event, and delete the others that do not apply.

All Remote Judging - The Initial Team Interviews will be conducted remotely, and Engineering Notebooks will be submitted to judges digitally via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact. Initial Interviews and Notebook submission deadlines may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
