Join CougarTronics at Pat Diskin Elementary School for Frosty Bot Frenzy, where young engineers will put their robots to the test in an exciting VEX IQ competition. From creative designs to clever strategies, teams will showcase their hard work, tackle challenges, and celebrate the power of STEM. Get ready to break the ice, make new connections, and experience the excitement of robotics!

Volunteer
Help us make Frosty Bot Frenzy a snow-tacular success! We are looking for volunteers to help bring our VEX IQ robotics tournament to life. From team check-in and judging to field support, and other event-day activities, there are plenty of ways to get involved. Your time and support will help us create an exciting and memorable experience for our young engineers!

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
While we do not anticipate any weather-related or emergency disruptions to Frosty Bot Frenzy, the safety of our participants and guests is our priority. Should the event need to be canceled or rescheduled, all registered teams will be notified via email.
Refund and Payment Policies
Event Cancellation: If Frosty Bot Frenzy is canceled by the Event Partner, all registered teams will receive a full refund in a timely manner.
Team Withdrawal or No-Show: If a coach or mentor registers a team and later chooses to withdraw or not attend, a 50% refund will be issued if the withdrawal occurs before registration closes. No refunds will be issued after the registration deadline.
Judging Format
All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
