General Info
Register to join a tournament during the final month of the season! Join us at Indian Springs Middle School in Columbia City for an exciting day of robotics.
This is a Middle School VEX IQ competition, but we will also be hosting an Elementary VEX IQ competition at the same time.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
We are not planning to have bad weather on competition day. However, we live in Indiana and in February we never know what may happen.
Our goal will always be to hold the competition on the scheduled date whenever it is safe to do so. If morning travel conditions are poor, we may institute a two-hour delay to allow teams to safely arrive!
If the tournament cannot be held due to inclement weather and we are unable to reschedule, registration fees will be refunded, minus $5.00 for administrative fees and postage.
Please watch for communication from the event organizer if questionable weather is in the forecast. Until then, we'll be hoping Indiana weather cooperates.
Refund and Payment Policies
Payment Deadline is January 30, 2027.
UNPAID TEAMS WILL BE MOVED TO THE WAITLIST ON THIS DATE AND TEAMS ON THE WAITLIST WILL BE MOVED INTO THE COMPETITION. IF THIS IS AN ISSUE FOR YOUR TEAM CONTACT US BEFORE THIS DATE TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS.
Registration fees will not be refunded if teams do not cancel by 1/30/2027.
All teams need to be present and checked in prior to the start of the competition (no later than 9:00am). Refunds will not be issued to teams who arrive after competition rounds have begun.
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
In the event that this tournament cannot take place and is canceled teams will receive a full refund.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
If prior to 1/30/27 full refund will be givien. If after 1/30/2027 no refunds will be given.
Judging Format
- All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
