For weather updates, please stay tuned to emails. Due to inclement weather, our first course of action is to first reschedule and try to accommodate everyone.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event:

A refund minus adminstration fee will be administered.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

>30 days a full refund minus adminstration fees will be administered.

30-15 days from compettion 50% minus administration fee will be returned.

<15 days no refund

Judging Format

Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In-Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
