What's the plan for the day- 

7:00 am – Doors open 

7:30 am – 8:30 am – Inspections

8:30 am – 8:45 am – Drivers Meeting, Judges meeting, Match Schedule distributed 

      at the End of Drivers Meeting- and displayed on TV’s. 

8:45 am – 9:00 am – Opening Ceremony

9:00 am – 12:30 pm – Qualification Matches (Gym field 1 and 2) 

9:00 am - 12:30 pm - Skills Challenge (Gym field 3)  

Lunch Break 12:30 pm –1:15 pm – Lunch Break 

(Field 1 and 2 will be closed during lunch) Field 3 and the pits

 practice field will  remain open as a practice field only no skills.) 

1:15 pm- 1:45 pm – Alliance Selection

2:00 pm – 3:30 pm – Eliminations & Awards

3:35 pm – 4:30 pm – Event clean up

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

If dangerous weather prevents travel we will cancel the tournament. 

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: Refund 

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: 7 days prior refund. 

Judging Format

Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. A submission deadline will be scheduled ahead of the event date.
