Should the event be cancelled due to weather, every attempt would be made to reschedule it.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
All programs will be fully refunded.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
Every effort to make a refund available will be done before 1/8/24. After that, refunds can not be guaranteed.
Judging Format
- All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should submit their notebooks digitally the Monday before the event.
