  • 7:30 AM:  Doors open (30 min earlier) 
  • 7: 30 - 8:30 AM: Inspections (full hour instead of 30 min)
  • 8::45 - 9:15 AM: Drivers Meeting (30 min instead of 15)
  • 9:30 AM - 12:30 PM: Qualification Matches/ Skills/ Interviews
  • 12:30 - 1:00 PM: Lunch Break (30 min instead of 1 hour)
  • 1:00 - 3:30 PM: Continue Quals/ Skills/ Interviews 
  • 3:30 - 3:40 PM: Alliance Selection 
  • 3:45 - 5:00: Elimination Matches and Awards (1 hr 15 min instead of 30 min)

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In the event of cancellation due to weather, refunds will be issued if a makeup date is not found.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

  • Refunds will be issued if a makeup date is not found.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

  • Refunds will only be issued if a team is found to fill that spot. No refunds will be given for withdrawls less than 2 weeks prior to the tournament.
  • Regardless of reason for issuing a refund the $5 REC fee is not refundable.

Judging Format

All In-Person Judging 

  • The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event.
  • Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
