Welcome to our annual Concordia International Schools Robotics Challenge! This event is only open to foreign students from international schools.

MEALS

Registration includes lunch and a snack bag on January 17 and 18. There are free water dispensers throughout the school, and additional snacks can be purchased at designated areas.

Refund and Payment Policies

Payment must be made in RMB to Concordia International School before November 30th

Cost is $100 per team for up to 5 student team members

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

Full refund

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event and then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

Full refund up through November 30. No refund will be given after January 17

 

Judging Format

All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges at the start of the event. Robotics notebooks may not be accepted after team check-in and robot inspection closes on January 17.

All robotics notebooks should be printed in advance if needed; please do not request help printing your notebook at the event!
