Welcome to Glenforest's Inagural VEX V5RC tournament along with IDesign Solutions. Qualifying spots are available for the Ontario Provincial VEX Robotics Competition.

What To Bring:
- Food will not be served with the exception of snacks and beveridges. Outside food is permitted, please be courteous and clean.
- Water Bottles
Payment Information: Please mail payments to the school before the event. Registered teams not paying before Wednesday, October 30th, 2024 will be moved to the waitlist.

In the event of inclement weather, a notice will be posted on the event page to inform teams. Please ensure that your contact information on Robot Events is up to date.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
Full refunds will be given
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw refunds will be given if done by: Friday, November 8th, 2024. If after this date no refund will be given.

All Provincial and Local Health guidelines will be followed.

Judging Format
All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
