General Info
Welcome to the V5RC High Stakes Thailand National Championship [High School] 2024-2025, the event will be held on the 19th of January 2025 at Panyapiwat Institute of Management. All teams need to be registered with Panyapiwat Institute of Management by the 13th of December 2024, there is a registration fee of 4,500 THB per event per team. (You must also register with Panyapiwat Institute of Management) , use this Google Form link to complete the registration and the company will invoice you directly for the Entry Fee https://bit.ly/3KkySZd
Organizations need to register on RobotEvents.com for the V5RC High Stakes Thailand National Championship by the 13th of December 2024 for the Thailand National Championship match.
If we do not receive payment for your registration with us by the 13th of December, we will move your teams to the waiting list and offer teams on the wait list a place.

Please note, that V5RC middle school divisions, V5RC high school divisions and VEX U divisions will run on the same day but on different fields. There are separate awards for each of the divisions from this year.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
Teams are advised to watch robotevents.com for weather or emergency-related cancellations. If the tournament must be cancelled or postponed, the name of the tournament will change to cancelled or postponed.
In the event of a cancellation or postponement, teams will be sent additional information via Email.
In the event of a cancellation, the registration fee will not be refunded.

Judging Format
All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
