General Info
James Ruse and Creator Academy present the V5RC High Stakes Tournament.
This event will be hosted by James Ruse Agricultural High School in Carlingford, NSW, Australia.
The event will be conducted in the school gym.
Due to limited space, we ask that each team limit the number of parents/spectators to two per team.
Please ensure everyone brings a packed lunch due to the lack of food services in the area.
Street parking is recommended on Baker St and Felton Rd.
Entry is the gate on Baker St, next to the Bus Station where students can be dropped off/picked up.

8:45am – Team Briefing (including Driver’s meeting)
9:15am – Start Qualification Matches

1:00pm – Resume Qualification Matches
15:00pm – Finish Qualification Matches + Alliance Selection
15:30pm - Playoff Matches
16:00pm – Closing ceremony
16:30pm - Pack up

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In the event of extreme weather conditions the event will be cancelled. Organisers will do their best to give advance notice where possible.
Refund and Payment Policies
Teams that cancel 10 days before an event are entitled to a refund. Cancellations with less then 10 days notice will forfeit the registration fee.
Judging Format
All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
