Come join us for our annual qualifying competition. We know that we are a bit of a ride for many in the Southern New York region. But, we always strive to make it a good experience for all.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In the event of bad weather, the event will cancelled. Refunds minus the REC fees will be made.

Refund and Payment Policies

In the event is canceled by the event partners, a full refund of any funds received by the event partners will be issued to participating teams.  Please know that $5 in funds go to the REC Foundation and are not received by the event partners are not refundable.

The event partners will make every attempt to honor refund requests if teams notify the event partners prior to 1/11/2025.  If a team can be replaced with someone from the waitlist, a refund will be issued.

Refunds cannot be issued to registered teams who fail to attend the event with no prior notification.

Travel Info

When you arrive, enter the driveway to the far right of the building. Drive to the back of the building to the large parking lot. If you need to use the loading dock, please move your vehicle immediately after you unload to make room for the next team.

Judging Format

All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judgess on the day of the event to be evaluated by judges.
