We will be following St. Vrain Valley School District's inclement weather procedures.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: registration fees minus the REC Foundation fee will be refunded.

 

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: No refunds.

 

Judging Format

Remote Initial Team Interviews/Digitial notebooks - The Initial Team Interviews will be conducted remotely, and Engineering Notebooks will be submitted to judges digitally via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. Notebook links must be submitted no later than 11:59 p.m. on October 29, 2024. Initial Interviews may be scheduled ahead of the event date. Finalist interviews in person on December 3, 2024.
