Thank you for registering for the 2024 ECU VEX Robotics Western Australia Championships hosted by Carey Baptist College. We welcome all participating teams warmly and wish you the best of luck in this exciting event. Get ready to showcase your robotics skills, innovation, and teamwork as you compete alongside other talented teams. We have gathered important information to ensure your participation goes smoothly and you have an enjoyable experience. Please take note of the following details:

Event Location: The robotics competition will take place at Carey Baptist College in Harrisdale. The venue provides an excellent setting for teams to showcase their robotics skills and compete in a supportive and engaging environment.

Check-in and Inspection: Teams are requested to check in on Friday, October 18th, before 3 p.m. Before arriving for check-in and robot inspection, please complete an inspection checklist. Teams that don't check in on the 18th of October are requested to arrive promptly for inspection at 8am on the 19th of October.

Arrival and Departure Times: We kindly request all teams to plan for arrival before 8:00 AM on the event day. The competition is expected to run until approximately 4:00 PM. Please note that these times may be subject to change closer to the event, depending on the number of teams registered. We will keep all participants informed of any schedule adjustments.

Food Sales: Food and drinks will be available at the adjacent Timber café; for menu information, please check the website: Timber (timbercafe.com.au).

Judging Format
All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
