Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

The safety and welfare of event participants is our primary interest.  In case of an emergency or severe inclement weather prediction, the EP will make a prudent decision and provide expedited notification of postponement or cancellation.  In case of postponement, teams will have the opportunity to accept the new date.  If the event is cancelled, all paid event fees received by the EP will be reimbursed.  The EP will coordinate with the REC Foundation to arrange for the reimbursement of team payments still being processed.

Refund and Payment Policies

2)  On the deadline, teams that have not made payment arrangements will be transferred to the Waiting List and other teams in the Waiting List notified to inquire their interest in participating.  Our interest is to offer all  available registration slots to those commited to attend.

3) Teams that witdraw before or on January 31, 2025, and whose payment has been received by the EP will be reimburse the event fee less the retained REC Foundation fee.

4)  Teams withdrawing after January 31, 2025, or not showing up for the event will not be reimbursed.
