7:30 - Inspections, Skills Runs, and practice on the competition fields

8:30 - Mandatory Event meeting / Opening Ceremony - All fields closed during the meeting

9:15- Qualification rounds begin

12:00 - Lunch Break

12:45 - Qualification rounds continue 

Approx 3:30 - Skills fields close & Alliance selection begins 

Approx 4:15 - Elimination rounds begin

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In case of bad weather, we will make every attempt to contact coaches by email and/or phone.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

• A 50% refund will be processed for an event cancelled due to weather related emergencies.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: 

• Registration fees will not be refunded.

Judging Format

All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
