ALL TEAMS must check in with the event partner/scoring table by-9:00am so that we can accurately print the tournament match schedule. Please plan on arriving early to get through the inspection process and be prepared to begin on-time. Weather cancellations will be determined by October 11th and coaches will be notified by e-mail.
Refund and Payment Policies
Refunds will be given if cancelations occur one week before the event, excluding the $5 REC Foundation registration fee.
Judging Format
All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
