General Info

Knox Grammar School and Sydney Robotics Academy present the V5RC High Stakes Tournament.

This event will be hosted by Knox Grammar School, Wahroonga NSW, Australia.

The Event will be located in the Great Hall.

Please ensure that everyone attending brings a packed lunch as there will not be food available for purchase nearby the venue.

Entry is located on Woodville Avenue, Gate 16 at the aquatic center.

Due to limited space, organisations will be limited to 1 coach per 2 teams.

Preliminary Schedule:

8:00AM - Doors open for pits, check in and inspection

8:30AM - Coaches meeting

8:45AM - Team briefing

9:15AM - Inspection closes and Qualification matches begin

12:30PM - Lunch

1:00PM - Qualification matches resume

3:00PM - Finish Qualification matches, alliance selection begins

3:30PM - Elimination Matches begin

4:00PM - Closing ceremony

4:30PM - Packup

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In the event of extreme weather conditions the event will be cancelled. Organisers will do their best to give advance notice where possible.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

Refunds will be issued

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

Cancellations with less than 10 days notice will forfeit the registration fee.

Judging Format

  • All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event..
  • Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks must be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents.
