Volunteer

Volunteers are what make VEX events happen.  Our biggest need for each event are judges, and no experience is needed.  Volunteers receive an event shirt, lunch, and snacks throughout the day.  Contact the James Jobe at [email protected] if you would lke to volunteer. 

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

All cancellations will be communicated through email. Please check your email the day before and the morning of the tournament (before leaving).

Refund and Payment Policies

No Refunds.  Registration fees may be transferred to another current season CCISD event.

Lunches

Let us help you by offering pre-ordered lunch!The Robonauts Booster Club will be accepting lunch pre-orders for the VEX V5RC HS TX Region 3 Championships Feb 20, 2024 (Thursday).

We ask that organization team competing in the tournament who would like to pre-order, please fill out ONE group order for each day of the competition. This year we will be offering Chick-Fil-A sandwiches or nuggets with chips or Dominos large pepperoni or cheese pizzas. Sodas and water are offered for an additional charge. There will NOT be extras available for sale, so PLEASE place your order.
