General Info
Welcome to the 5th annual CTEEA Weston Robotics VEX Robotics Qualifier: HIgh Stakes (MIddleSchool Only). This amazing event will bring together teams from around Connecticut. Our event is a qualifier for the Connecticut High School VEX Robotics Competition Championship.
Concessions will be available all day.

Weston Robotics welcomes VEX U Team members who are registered team members and trained as VEX VRC High Stakes referees and judges to join us as volunteers!
Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In the event of bad weather, changes to the schedule will be emailed to team contacts listed in the registration.
Options
1 Event opening may be delayed to allow for travel.
2. Event may be canceled due to the weather.
*Announcements will go out by 6:00 am. All teams are encouraged to use their best judgment when deciding to attend.
If the event is canceled due to Weather, refunds less any event partner expenses will be processed by Weston Robotics. Refund requests need to be emailed to [email protected].
Refund and Payment Policies
REFUND POLICY:
Refunds (minus the administrative fees charged by the REC Foundation to the EP) will be available to teams that request cancellation of registration 14 or more days prior to the event. No other refunds will be processed. Refunds are processed by Weston Robotics, not the REC Foundation.

*Please note that this year's event is NOT at Weston High. It is at Weston Middle School, which is right next door to Weston High.
Please use the BACK ENTRANCE of the middle school for unloading directly to the pit area. If you unload in the front, you will have to carry your equipment a large distance.

The best place for drop-off for this event is BEHIND THE MIDDLE SCHOOL--continue past the middle school on School Rd. to the stop sign, take a right around the back of the school, and proceed to the basketball hoops. Unload at the basketball hoops. You may park in the back, or you may proceed around to the left back to the front of the school. For overflow parking, park at Weston High School, right next door.
Buses are not allowed to park next to the building in the back. Have the buses pull up and drop off at the back entrance, then they can park on the other side of the basketball hoops away from the building or in the front along the sidewalk or at the high school.
