DETAILS

  • This event will be held in-person

  • Interview Judging will be held in-person

  • Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. All notebooks should be submitted by midnight on 12/12/2024. 

  • We will hold 7 rounds of Teamwork Challenges along with Skills

  • Food will NOT be served at the venue, please make arrangement with your team to bring or order food 

LOCATION

  • Our tournament will be held in the Rita Bright Family and Youth Center, 2500 14th Street Northwest

  • There is street parking only so please plan accordingly

Skills Challenge field will be open from 10:00 am - 1:45 pm

Teams are permitted up to three (3) tries for Robot Skills and three (3) tries for Programming Skills.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

This event will be rescheduled in the case of bad weather.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: Refunds will be issued 

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:  Please reach out [email protected]

Please note refunds will not include the $5 RobotEvents processing fee.

Judging Format

  •  Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation  via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.

    The submission deadline is December 12 @ 11:59pm
