General Info
Arrival:
- Enter through Door 31.
- Bus and parking available in lot .
- Student waivers must be completed online.
- Check in immediately upon entry.
- Engineer’s Notebooks submitted at Check-in.
- Competition Arena located in the Field House.
- Team Pits located in the field house. Power will be provided as much as possible, but feel free to bring your own power strips
- Concessions available. (Breakfast and Lunch items.)
- Facility is ADA accessible.

In the event of bad weather cancellations please visit the event on Robotevents.com
Coaches, will be notified by email in the event of a cancellation. where I will post updates about the event status as needed in the General description.

Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
Refunds will be provided minus REC fees
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
No refunds will be provided.
Judging Format
All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
