General Info

We look forward to welcoming you to the Cotswold Regional being held in the Cidermill Theatre at Chipping Campden High School.

The venue will be open from 8:30am, and we will follow the agenda, starting with inspections through to the end of the competition. We will have a drivers meeting at 9:15am and would appreciate teams to have arrived by 10:00am at the latest in order to compete. If the venue has not been contacted in the event of late arrival the schedule will commence without the missing team.

Teams will need to bring their own packed lunch and drinks.

Judging Format

 

  •  Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation  via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
  • All Judging will be unoffical and not recognised on Robot Events.
