Same schedule as typical Vancouver Island tournaments.

Doors open 8:00am

Skills and Judging 9:00am-9:45am

Opening Ceremony 9:45am

Tournament Qualifying Matches 10:00am

Lunch Break with Skills runs 12:00ish

Alliance Selection and Playoffs Starting 3:30pm

Travel Info

Travel to Salt Spring Island via ferry:

Swartz Bay to Fulford:  7AM

Crofton to Vesuvius:  7:40AM

Return ferries depend on what time the tournament ends;

Vesuvius to Crofton: 5:30PM or 6:45PM

Fulford to Swartz Bay: 5:50PM or 7:50PM

Judging Format

  • All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
