Any required closing will be based on district policy. 

Refund and Payment Policies

If you need to cancel your registration, please do so at least 10 DAYS in advance for refund. Failure to cancel at least 10 DAYS in advance will result in NO refund.

If the event is cancelled by the event partner for any reason, a full refund will be issued.

Judging Format

Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation  via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
