Welcome to SRCC Invitational Tournament led by ACAMIS Robotics and Asian Robotics League! The event is an opportunity for teams to meet and compete as a way of strengthening their teams capacity for world qualificatiom matches.

Payment & Meals

  • The registration for our event is free. For meals during the event, participants should pay directly to WCIS yoopay account through the link below.

  • Due to WCIS food takeout policies our event participants are recommended to register for Dec.13th dinner and Dec.14th lunch. There are free water dispensers throughout the school, and a snack bar will be provided at VEX debate preparation area.
  • All payment should be complete before Dec.4th.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

Full refund up through December 6th. No refund will be given after December 9th.

Judging Format

 

  • All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
  •  
  • All robotics notebooks should be printed in advance if needed.
