Agenda

We have 45 minute time blocks starting at 10:00 AM. There can be 4 teams each time since we will run 4 fields.

Show up at least 15 minutes before your time to get inspected.

 Please pay before signing up for a time spot.

If anything changes due to weather or emergency we will contact your team's primary contact by email.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: full refund les rec fees

 

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: we will attempt to offer your space to a waitlisted team.  If you can be replaced by a paid team we will refund your payment less any fees.  Otherwise no refunds once payment is processed.
