Agenda

  • 8 AM- Doors open

  • 8:15: Check-in, Inspections start right away.  

  • 8:30- Drivers and Drive Team Meeting

  • (All teams must be checked in. If you are not checked in by 8:30, your team risks not being in match schedule.)  

  • 9:15- Matches start

  • 10:00- Skills Open

  • 12:00-1:00 Lunch

  • 1:00-3:15 qualification matches 

  • 3:45- Finals start

  • 4:30- Awards

  • 4:50- tear down-

  • 6:00 pm - Doors close

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

Due to the nature of scheduling an event of this size, there is no viable way to have contingency dates due to weather and weather-related events.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: Refunds will be issued if rescheduling the event is not possible or a team is unable to attend the new date.  

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: No refund will be issued. 

 

Judging Format

 

All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to display to judges.
