Only the top teams from the Northern, Southern, and Central Regional Tournaments have qualified to compete, making this championship the pinnacle of excellence in robotics innovation and competition.

Volunteer
Volunteers Needed for the ACAMIS VEX Robotics Championship
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated volunteers to help make the ACAMIS VEX Robotics Championship a success! This exciting event brings together the best robotics teams from across the ACAMIS organization, and volunteers are critical to ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Volunteer Roles Available
- Referees and Scorekeepers: Oversee matches, track scores, and enforce game rules.
- Robot Inspectors: Review robots to ensure they meet competition standards.
- Field Resetters: Reset game fields between matches to keep the event on schedule.
- Judges: Evaluate Engineering Notebooks, conduct team interviews, and determine award recipients.
- Pit Administrators: Help teams navigate schedules, manage match flow, and troubleshoot issues.
- Skills Event Officials: Monitor and score Driving Skills and Autonomous events.
- General Event Support: Assist with registration, guiding participants, and managing logistics.

Volunteer Requirements
- Volunteers must be 16 years or older.
- No prior experience is required for many roles; training will be provided.
- Must be available for one or more days of the event (February 28 - March 2, 2025).

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
We will communicate any changes a day before the tournament in case of bad weather.
Refund and Payment Policies
Payment must be made in RMB to Canadian International School before February 21, 2025
Cost is $300 per team for up to 5 student team members

If the Event Partner cancels the event:
Full refund
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event and then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
Unfortunately, no refund will be given after February, 24, 2024
Judging Format
All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in person on the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges at the start of the event. Robotics notebooks may not be accepted after team check-in and robot inspection closes on February 28.
All robotics notebooks should be printed in advance if needed; please do not request help printing your notebook at the event!
