General Info

Welcome to the SVVSD Skyline 2024-2025 High Stakes Tournament.

  • This tournament is the makeup date for the Nov. 9th tournament at Trailridge.
  •  To help support our tournament, we are asking all teams to have a person volunteer. Check out the Volunteer Tab with the sign up link. 

Refunds will be available up to two weeks prior to the event, minus the $5.00 non-refundable RobotEvents Fee.

Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: 

  • Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event.
  • Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents.
  • Submission Deadline for Notebooks - Wednesday, Jan. 29th by 5pm

     We are looking for 1 Volunteer from each participating Team.These volunteers help make sure the tournaments run smoothly. 

 

Jobs we are looking for:

  • Check In Table

  • Robot Inspection - will be train onsite 

  • Queuing Manager

  • Pit Manager

  • Field Reset (Middle school and above)

  • Scorekeeping Refs

  • Judges

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In case of INCLEMENT WEATHER (as determined by SVVSD) the tournament will be canceled and no refunds will be available.

Refund and Payment Policies

Payment Deadline:

Payments for this tournament are due the Thursday prior to the event @ 5:00 PM MST


If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

Refunds will be available up to two weeks prior to the event, minus the $5.00 non-refundable RobotEvents fee.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

Withdrawing from the tournament?  Refunds will be available up to two weeks prior to the event, minus the $5.00 non-refundable RobotEvents fee.

Judging Format
