Welcome to the August V5RC Event of the Season hosted at Yarra Ranges Tech School!
We’re thrilled to welcome all participating teams and look forward to an exciting day filled with robotics, collaboration, and friendly competition. Please read the important information below to help your team prepare for a smooth and enjoyable experience.

Lilydale Lakeside Campus, 1 Jarlo Drive, Lilydale VIC 3140
This state-of-the-art venue provides an inspiring environment for students to showcase their robotics skills and connect with like-minded peers.

Please ensure your team arrives on time and remains for the full duration of the event.
Parking:
Limited parking is available on-site. Additional parking is available near the Lilydale Lakeside Campus precinct. Please follow signage and directions from staff.
Food:
The Lilydale Lakeside Café, located next to the venue, will be open during the event for lunch purchases.
Students with specific dietary needs may wish to bring their own food.
Bussing:
Schools located within the Yarra Ranges Council area can access free bussing for this event.

We are currently seeking parent volunteers to help support the event on the day. If you could reach out to the parents of your team members and ask if they are available, it would be greatly appreciated.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
This event will be canceled if environmental conditions compromise the venue or travel to the venue.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
There will be no invoices issued
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
If a team wishes to withdraw from the tournament, they need to do so 72 hours prior to the event start time. Teams that do not withdraw within the given time frame will be billed for the event. Schools with outstanding invoices will be waitlisted for all events until payment is received.
