Welcome to the September VRC/VIQRC Mixed Event of the Season hosted at Copperfield College Sydenham!
We’re excited to welcome all participating teams for a day of robotics, teamwork, and competition. Please review the key event information below to ensure your team is well prepared for a successful and enjoyable experience.
Event Location:
Copperfield College – Sydenham Campus
Sydenham Road, Sydenham VIC 3037
This vibrant venue provides an ideal setting for students to compete, collaborate, and showcase their STEM skills.

Arrival and Departure Times:

Doors open at 8:30 AM

Event concludes at 4:00 PM
Please ensure your team arrives on time and stays for the full duration of the event.
Parking:
On-site parking is available. Please follow any signage and directions provided by event staff.
Food Options:

Pizza will be available for purchase during the event.

Alternatively, there is a fish and chip shop located approximately 100 meters from the venue.
Students with specific dietary needs may wish to bring their own lunch.

Expect fast-paced matches and ample opportunities for learning and fun.
Cost:
$50 per team
Invoices will be sent by In2Robotics.
Please do not make payments via Robot Events.
Judging:
This event will include judged awards.

Engineering Notebooks must be submitted online prior to the event.

Team Interviews will be conducted in person on the day.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
This event will be canceled if environmental conditions compromise the venue or travel to the venue.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
There will be no invoices issued
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
If a team wishes to withdraw from the tournament, they need to do so 72 hours prior to the event start time. Teams that do not withdraw within the given time frame will be billed for the event. Schools with outstanding invoices will be waitlisted for all events until payment is received.
