Welcome to the October VRC/VIQRC Mixed Event of the Season hosted at Rivercrest Christian College!
We’re thrilled to welcome all participating teams for a day filled with robotics action, collaboration, and competition. Please take a moment to review the important event information below to help your team prepare for a smooth and successful experience.

Event Location:
Rivercrest Christian College
500 Soldiers Rd, Clyde North VIC 3978
This modern venue offers a supportive and engaging space for students to demonstrate their STEM skills and connect with fellow robotics enthusiasts.

Event Date:
Saturday, October 18, 2025

Arrival and Departure Times:

  • Doors open at 8:30 AM

  • Event concludes at 4:00 PM
    Please ensure your team arrives on time and stays for the full duration of the event.

Parking:
On-site parking will be available. Further details may be provided closer to the event date.

Food:
Lunch options will be announced closer to the event.
We recommend students with specific dietary needs bring their own food to ensure suitable options are available.

Event Setup:

  • 3 VIQRC fields

  • 4 VRC fields
    Plenty of exciting matches and opportunities for hands-on STEM learning throughout the day.

Cost:
$50 per team
Invoices will be sent by In2Robotics.
Please do not make payments via Robot Events.

Judging:
This event will include judged awards.

  • Engineering Notebooks must be submitted online prior to the event.

  • Team Interviews will be conducted in person on the day.

Further Assistance:
Our friendly staff will be on-site all day to support your team. If you have any questions or need assistance, please speak with a member of the event crew.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

This event will be canceled if environmental conditions compromise the venue or travel to the venue.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

There will be no invoices issued

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

If a team wishes to withdraw from the tournament, they need to do so 72 hours prior to the event start time. Teams that do not withdraw within the given time frame will be billed for the event. Schools with outstanding invoices will be waitlisted for all events until payment is received.
