Welcome to the 2025 VEX Robotics Victoria State Championships!
We’re excited to welcome qualified teams from across Victoria and Albury to this premier event, celebrating the best in student innovation, engineering, and teamwork. Please review the important details below to help your team prepare for a smooth and successful championship experience.

$50 per team

Arrival and Departure Times:

Doors open at 8:30 AM

Event concludes at 4:00 PM
All teams must arrive on time and are expected to remain for the full event duration.
Lunch Options:
Pizza will be available for purchase at the event.
Students with dietary requirements are encouraged to bring their own lunch.

A full day of thrilling, high-level competition awaits, with plenty of matches for all participating teams.
Qualification:
This event is a qualifier for the Australian National Championships.
Top-performing teams will earn their place to represent Victoria on the national stage.
Team Eligibility:
This championship event is open only to teams based in Victoria and Albury.
Judging:
Judged awards will be presented.

Engineering Notebooks must be submitted online prior to the event.

Team Interviews will be conducted in person on the day.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
This event will be canceled if environmental conditions compromise the venue or travel to the venue.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
There will be no invoices issued
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
If a team wishes to withdraw from the tournament, they need to do so 72 hours prior to the event start time. Teams that do not withdraw within the given time frame will be billed for the event. Schools with outstanding invoices will be waitlisted for all events until payment is received.
