General Info

Location for this event is: Pickens MIddle School, 140 Torch Lane, Pickens SC 29671.  There is plenty of parking up near the gym and in lower lots surrounding the campus.  Please refrain from parking in front of the gym doors to leave room for emergency vehicles in case they need to get through.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

We will follow directions of hte SDPC in the event of bad weather.  I will notify the coaches via email if any changes need to be made due to weather.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

Money will be refunded in a timely manner.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

Judging Format

Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation  via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. the submission deadline is Monday November 3, 2025 at 9:00 am.
