Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
If we have bad weather from our school system, Baltimore County Public Schools, that causes the event to be cancelled, we will refund teams minus the amount we are obligated to pay RECF.
If possible, we will have a make-up date and communicate that as soon as possible.
Our weather postponement date is February 14, 2026.
This is the only free weekend with out v5 event conflicts.
We also have many resources going to VEXIQ events so those were also avoided.
IF your team cannot do the Feb 14 date, we will work on a refund minus money that RECF takes.
Refund and Payment Policies
