Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In the event of adverse weather conditions or force mejure, the event will postponed to a later date. Teams will be notified via email at least 24 hours before or in extreme cases where late notice must be given, via telephone.

- All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event.
- Digital Notebooks only will be accepted, please make sure links are updated by the end of the day Wednesday 12th November
