Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
We will follow the direction of the SDPC. As soon as information is available we will send a message to the head coach of each team.
The tournament will be rescheduled for the following weekend.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
Refunds will be sent immediately.
In the event of inclement weather, the event will be rescheduled for the following weekeind.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
Refunds will not be given
Judging Format
Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
