Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
This event has no available makeup date. A weather-related event cancelation will be made in accordance with the New Hope-Solebury School District's policies.
In the event of a weather-related cancellation, teams will be contacted as early as possible and event registration fees will be returned minus the $5 RECF processing fee.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
Full refunds will be issued if the event needs to be cancelled for any reason. Refunds will NOT include the $5 processing fee assessed by Robot Events. Refunds will be coordinated thru the billing contact for the team.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
Team cancellations will be accepted and refunded up to three weeks before the event.
Please contact the event partner if you need to swap one registered team for another team, this can only be done before the day of the event.
Judging Format
- Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. Submission of Notebook is required by Thursday, January 22nd.
